Shipping Methods

Research Products

Due to the nature of research materials and quality-control requirements, products cannot be returned once they have been shipped or delivered unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

NeuroLabs Research is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing afterward.

Refund Eligibility
